Sate Klatak is a goat or beef satay which is processed with minimum spices but has maximum taste. Uniquely, the pieces of meat are not using ordinary or bamboo skewers but use iron Skewers instead.
The uniqueness of this Sate Klatak is in terms of the puncture. If usually the meat to be burned is stabbed using a bamboo stick, then Sate Klatak is stabbed using the iron bars of the bicycle wheel. Of course the use of bars as a skewer is not without reason, this is because iron bars can be a good conductor of heat so that the inside of the burned meat can be perfectly cooked.
For the matter of taste, this Sate Klatak has a very distinctive taste. In contrast to goat satay in general which before being burned is seasoned with various spices, Klatak Sate seasoning is quite salt and slightly coriander. All of these herbs are distributed to pieces of mutton, then burned. After the meat is grilled, Sate Klatak will be served with white rice, curry sauce and chopped cayenne pepper. The spices used can be minimum but i guaranteed the taste will be the champion of all.
If you don't like the curry sauce, the guests can ask for soy sauce and pepper instead. Warm white rice and grilled mutton pieces are the perfect mix that make shake on your tongue.
